Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Return Window: The item must be returned within days of the delivery date.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., the order confirmation email).
2. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift Cards
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, certain cosmetics)
Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, earrings, swimwear, if sealed is broken)
Custom or personalized orders
Digital products (e.g., software downloads)
Sale or Clearance Items (Only regular priced items may be refunded; items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned).
3. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer support team our address with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: For general returns (e.g., customer changed mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Store Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.
If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of paymentmethod.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after the stated period, first contact your bank or credit card company. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [abhimanyumishra360@gmail.com] for instructions. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
